Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

The Records Specialist / Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations for a secure document shredding and records management company. This position is responsible for handling confidential client records, organizing and tracking inventory, ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards, and assisting in the shredding, transportation, and storage of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Records & Inventory Management:

• Receive, catalog, and maintain client records and materials for secure storage and shredding.
• Ensure all records are properly labeled, tracked, and recorded in the company’s inventory system.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all data protection and privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FACTA).
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Warehouse & Shredding Operations:

• Assist with daily shredding operations, ensuring timely and secure destruction of confidential materials.
• Load and unload boxes, bins, and pallets from vehicles and storage areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all safety policies and procedures.
• Support drivers and other team members with material handling and route preparation as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials responsibly.
• Capable of lifting to 50 lbs. and performing physical labor throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory tracking).
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Rate: $18.50
