This general warehouse position involves picking tires for shipping and organizing incoming truckloads. Responsibilities include pulling tires off pallets, scanning for DOT information, and placing them on a conveyor belt for shipment. In the future, you may operate a cherry picker for tire picking and pallet movement, with potential forklift training. However, this is not a primary forklift position, and such tasks will be introduced after several months.
Responsibilities
- Pick tires and prepare them for shipping.
- Organize and put away incoming truckloads.
- Pull tires from pallets and scan for DOT information.
- Place tires on a conveyor belt for shipping.
- Operate a cherry picker for tire and pallet movement in the future.
- Participate in Customer Pick up, Shipping, Mount and Balance, and shrink wrapping tasks.
- Engage in cross-training across various warehouse areas.
- Experience in warehouse operations for at least 6 months.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment for at least 6 months.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds repetitively.
- Proficiency in using an RF Scanner.
- Experience with order picking and cherry pickers.
- Willingness to learn forklift operations in the future.

Work Environment
The warehouse is extremely clean, well-lit, and spans 139,000 square feet. You will work in various areas such as Shipping, Customer Pick Up, Packaging, and 'Airing Up', as well as shrink wrapping. The environment is designed to support cross-training and diverse work experiences.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
