As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for building orders according to load tickets, operating manual or powered pallet jacks, manually lifting and moving products for restocking and repacking, staging completed pallets, and keeping track of inventory with accurate counts.
Responsibilities
- Build orders according to load tickets.
- Operate manual or powered pallet jacks.
- Manually lift and move products to restock and repack.
- Stage completed pallets.
- Keep track of inventory and maintain accurate counts.
- Utilize an electric pallet jack (no forklift usage while temporary).
- Perform order picking using a headset (no paper or scanning involved).
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Manage 500 SKUs in the warehouse.
- Experience with pallet jacks.
- Order selection and pulling experience.
- Inventory tracking knowledge.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts.
- Clear communication skills in English for vocollect headsets.
- Minimum 6 months in a physical work environment.
- Preferred 6 months of pallet jack experience.
- Preferred 6 months of warehouse experience.
- Preferred 6 months of vocollect experience.

Work Environment
The warehouse environment is heated in winter and lacks air conditioning in summer, making it potentially hot. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 7/8 pm or until tasks are completed. You will be part of a team of 25-30 members. The dress code includes jeans or shorts, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
