Candidates will be responsible for order picking lightweight medical cleaning supplies, such as brushes, gloves, and various other products. The orders are generally lightweight, around 35 lbs, and candidates are expected to pick 220-230 lines of orders per day.
Responsibilities
- Pick and package orders using an RF Scan Gun.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Process shipments through FedEx.
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
- Operate walk-behind forklifts and a wave.
- Perform packaging duties.
Essential Skills
- 1 year of warehouse experience in order picking or retail experience in order fulfillment.
- 3-6 months of Scan Gun experience.
- Basic computer skills including navigation, email, and Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and walk 10K+ steps a day, picking 250 lines a day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with any type of scan gun or retail experience.
- International shipping experience is a plus and may result in a higher starting rate.
- Picking/packing experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.00/hr.
