Job Title: Experienced Working Supervisor – Custom Cabinet Installations

Location: Stuart, FL (In-Person Role)

Pay Rate: $23.25 – $28.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Expected Hours: Up to 45 hours per week

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Working Supervisor to lead custom cabinet installations for high‑end residential and commercial projects. This role combines skilled craftsmanship with field leadership, overseeing on‑site installations from start to finish while maintaining top‑tier quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on professional who takes pride in precise installations and thrives in a leadership capacity. You will be responsible for managing a small crew, coordinating site logistics, and serving as the primary point of contact for both contractors and clients during installation phases.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Craftsmanship

• Lead by example by performing high‑quality cabinet, millwork, and countertop installations.
• Ensure all installations are level, secure, aligned with shop drawings, and meet quality expectations.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of installers.
• Delegate daily tasks and ensure efficient site productivity.
• Maintain professional standards of behavior, appearance, and communication on‑site.

Project Management

• Manage project timelines, scheduling, and material readiness.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to identify and resolve potential issues early.

Quality Control

• Perform regular quality inspections throughout the install process.
• Ensure finished installations meet or exceed client and company standards.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure team adherence to all job site regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure proper tool usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of cabinet installation experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and architectural plans.
• Advanced carpentry and millwork installation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with the ability to troubleshoot in real‑time.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, stand, kneel, and climb ladders as required.

Work Environment & Location

• On‑site work at various residential and commercial project locations within the Treasure Coast region.
• Primary office/shop located in Stuart, FL.
• Must be able to commute reliably to job sites; relocation to the area preferred for candidates outside the region.
