$2,055.60/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Job Description:

The Orthopedic Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing orthopedic and post-surgical procedures. The RN will work collaboratively with surgeons, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to orthopedic and post-surgical patients Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and recovery Administer medications and manage pain control effectively Assist in pre- and post-operative care, including wound care and mobility support Collaborate with surgeons and physical therapy teams to promote optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Ensure adherence to safety protocols and hospital policies

Requirements:

License:

Active

North Carolina RN License

(must be valid at submission) Certifications:

BLS certification

(AHA) Experience:

Ortho or hospital experience preferred Personal Traits:
