A leading global food manufacturer is seeking a Senior Electrical Technician to support its high-speed packaging operations and expanding automation infrastructure at its Summit, IL facility. What You'll Do: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex manufacturing and support equipment Focus on control systems, servo drives, motors, and high-speed packaging lines Perform preventive maintenance and monitor equipment performance Work with pneumatic systems, mechanical drives, Allen Bradley PLCs, RSLinx, and process instrumentation Read and update schematics, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute maintenance plans Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, EPA, and internal standards Identify and drive process improvements and support special projects What You'll Need: Associate's/Bachelor's degree, certification, or HS diploma with 2-3 years of electro-mechanical experience Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, pneumatic systems, 3-phase circuits, and packaging automation Basic knowledge of industrial electrical systems Proficient computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk extensively in a large facility What's Offered: Comprehensive PPO Medical Plan Dental Insurance Free Vision Insurance 100% 401(k) Match On-site Gym
