Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Aid Advisor. The Financial Aid Advisor will be responsible for guiding students through the financial aid process, including the application and eligibility determination stages. Day-to-day tasks include assisting students with financial aid applications, managing financial aid records, and ensuring compliance with Title IV regulations. The Financial Aid Advisor will work closely with the enrollment management team to support student enrollment and retention.
Qualifications
Finance and Student Financial Aid skills
Customer Service and Enrollment Management experience
Knowledge of Title IV regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and remotely
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in higher education or a similar role is a plus
