Executive Assistant – Accounting & Operations Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys is seeking a detail‑oriented and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer and manage the firm’s accounting operations. This key team member will handle QuickBooks processing, bill management, and payment coordination, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all financial workflows. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a professional environment where trust, precision, and reliability matter.
Responsibilities
Process, print, and track
checks and payments
through QuickBooks
Manage
accounts payable
– including vendor bills, expense tracking, and timely payments
Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records
Reconcile accounts and assist with financial documentation as needed
Collaborate closely with the COO and management team on daily operational and administrative tasks
Communicate with the bookkeeper
Communicate with vendors and internal team members regarding billing or payment questions
Support special projects and handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinate all firm events, including scheduling, logistics, and ordering food/supplies for the entire firm as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience
in accounting or administrative support (law firm experience a plus)
Strong proficiency in
QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
High degree of
trustworthiness and confidentiality
Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage priorities independently
Strong written and verbal communication skillsPositive, team‑oriented attitude
Compensation $20 – $24 hourly
