Position Summary:
Responsible for working with the Director and Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to implement, monitor and report on digital/AI marketing campaigns promoting Weidmüller products and services in the US. Requires close work with Weidmüller Sales force, Division Managers, Product Management, and Manufacturer’s Representatives and Distributors. Works closely with Weidmüller Germany marketing colleagues.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports the SEO program: performs keyword research; identifies optimization opportunities; implements on-page updates (titles, copy, meta descriptions, internal links, redirects); tracks rankings and reports against KPIs.
Assists with SEM: Helps plan and build Google Ads search campaigns (keywords, structure, RSAs); develops effective landing pages (briefs, copy/layout, forms, tracking); runs quality assurance on search terms/negatives, policy status, and conversion tracking; reports KPIs with next-step recommendations.
Create and execute email campaigns using CRM and AI‑assisted segmentation tools – analyzing open, CTR rates and utilize best practices and landing pages for optimal lead generation. Focus to be on Nurture Campaigns to optimize lead quality.
Helps plan and produce LinkedIn content and creative: posts, carousels, and short‑form videos; writes on‑brand copy; designs graphics/temp lates; adds UTMs; schedules/publishes; monitors and reports KPIs.
Produces and edits short‑form video for web/social; adds captions and on‑brand graphics; delivers export‑ready files.
Assist in building and updating campaign landing pages; ensures mobile performance, accessibility, brand compliance, UTMs, and GA4/HubSpot events are in place.
Monthly and Quarterly lead reporting and overall digital marketing reporting, working with Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to analyze and recommend optimizations.
Maintains brand consistency across digital channels.
Contributes to identifying and implementing AI tools that can improve cross‑departmental operations (e.g., estimating, reporting, customer communications).
Experience Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
1–3 years in digital marketing (internships count) or a project portfolio that shows equivalent ability.
Hands‑on with at least two of: HubSpot (or similar CRM), GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush (or similar).
Strong writing and editing skills for web, email, and LinkedIn.
Organized and reliable: can follow checklists, hit deadlines, and document work.
Ability to build LinkedIn carousels and short‑form videos; proficient with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere or similar for short‑form).
Ability to work independently, manage your own projects, and report effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
Understanding of UTM tagging and GA4 events/conversions.
