Description About the role
We're looking for a passionate and highly organized
Producer
to join our global team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast‑paced creative environment , has a strong understanding of
international production workflows , and can seamlessly manage content shoots from ideation to delivery. The ideal candidate is equal parts
detail‑oriented and adaptable , with
excellent communication skills , a
solutions‑driven mindset , and a deep appreciation for culturally rich storytelling. This person will be a trusted liaison across internal teams, clients, creators, and vendors—ensuring all aspects of a project run smoothly and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage productions for
multiple clients —from social content to large‑scale campaigns—ensuring
on‑brand, high‑quality delivery
Plan, budget, and coordinate
all project communications with
creators, clients, and key stakeholders
throughout the
production lifecycle
Serve as
primary client contact during production , maintaining proactive communication from kickoff through delivery
Align internal teams
(filmmakers, creative leads, producers) on production goals, timelines, and expectations
Maintain
clear, regular communication with internal stakeholders
across the BD team
Coordinate with
external vendors, production partners, and freelance teams
globally to ensure seamless execution across diverse markets
Troubleshoot production challenges
in real time—navigating cancellations, creative pivots, client requests, and resource constraints
Support post‑production
by tracking deliverables, timelines, budgets, and project completion
Qualifications Must Haves:
5+ years in production management
at a creative agency, production company, or media organization, focused on content creation and production with nimble teams
Experience working with creators, influencers, or social‑first content
Experience in remote production coordination or hybrid productions
Proven track record managing
international shoots
and cross‑functional teams
Exceptional
project management skills
with strong attention to detail
Deep understanding of
end‑to‑end production —from budgeting and logistics to post‑production
Comfortable
working across time zones
with a globally distributed team
Strong
communicator
who collaborates and problem‑solves in real time, and is comfortable speaking with clients about production expertise
Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing circumstances
Passionate about travel, culture, storytelling, and our mission
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (i.e. airtable, Frame.io, Air)
Understanding of licensing, legal clearances, and permitting
Post‑production management, including oversight of delivery of all assets, adaptations
