We’re looking for a
Senior Litigation Paralegal
to join our Dallas team. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and detail‑oriented – someone who thrives in a fast‑paced legal environment and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case schedules in both state and federal court.
Coordinate discovery, document production, and trial preparation for complex commercial litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and case analysis using
Westlaw
and case management software.
Maintain detailed and organized electronic and physical case files.
Schedule depositions, hearings, client meetings, and court appearances.
Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and court staff.
Assist with trial preparation, exhibit management, and post‑trial filings.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience
as a paralegal, preferably in
commercial litigation .
Strong knowledge of
litigation processes ,
court filing procedures , and
case management systems .
Proficiency with
Westlaw , e‑filing systems, and calendaring tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or
Paralegal Certificate
preferred.
Must be
on‑site in Dallas, TX (75201) .

$85,000–$100,000 per year + bonus
