Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
30 Years Connecting Top Construction Talent with Industry Leaders We are looking for a Bi-lingual speaking HR Generalist or HR Manager ASAP!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Responsibilities
Oversee full cycle of recruitment efforts
Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
Assist with payroll and benefits administration
Run listening tours and pulse checks; turn insights into quick wins and quarterly roadmap.
Maintain bilingual internal "Spanish speaking "communications
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area is helpful
5 -7 years' plus of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Safety & Workers’ Comp
experience (incident response, modified duty/RTW, carrier coordination).
Core competencies:
Emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, influence without authority, and communication at all levels.
Nice to have:
SHRM-CP/PHR , HRIS cleanup/implementation, bilingual policy/training facilitation, hospitality or custom manufacturing background.
