Our professional services client, in partnership with CV Resources, seeks a driven

HR Generalist

to join their growing organization. Reporting to the HR Director, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment, values collaboration, and enjoys being hands‑on across all facets of HR. For the first ninety (90) days of employment, 4 days onsite/1 day remote. Thereafter, the firm has a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite/2 remote. Compensation:

$90,000/year to $110,000/year base salary, plus a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, FSA, and 401(k)). RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR GENERALIST

Employee Relations

Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies, practices, and compliance. Assist with investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee relations issues. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage full‑cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing solutions. Lead onboarding, orientation, and new‑hire paperwork. HR Operations

Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. Support HR compliance, audits, and reporting requirements. Performance & Engagement

Support performance review and goal‑setting processes. Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HR GENERALIST

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3–5 years of HR generalist experience. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. Prior experience in a professional services environment. Preferred

PHR or SHRM‑CP certification. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, or similar). Background in recruiting within legal, financial, or consulting industries. SKILLS OF THE HR GENERALIST

Technical

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Interpersonal
