What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage all aspects of the billing process for multiple clients, including filing claims and accounts receivable management
Research and resolve denied claims to ensure timely payments
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from patients, clinic staff, and third‑party payers
Maintain aged accounts receivable and establish professional relationships with clients and payers
Monitor and report any abnormalities in the practice management system to management
What is Required (Qualifications)
Medical billing experience with a strong understanding of third‑party payer rules and regulations
Excellent telephone, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Stable work history with regular and sustained attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with accounts receivable processes and medical billing software
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications and office equipment operation
