We act as the trusted assistant to HR, Fleet, and Mobility Managers — managing data from multiple suppliers, automating manual tasks, and transforming daily chaos into clarity.

Now, we're looking for a talented

Account Executive

to join our growing team (you’ll be #6!) and help us scale in Belgium.

This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full sales cycle and help shape our future pipeline. You'll be working closely with Marketing, Product, and our stakeholders to bring in customers who get real value from what we do.

We’re looking for motivated people who are excited to leverage

AI, automation, and modern tools

to move fast and close smart. You’ll have a lot of freedom, but we expect you to be proactive, self-managing, and data-minded.

Responsibilities

Own the entire sales process — from discovery call to close

Lead consultative conversations with HR, Procurement, and Fleet decision-makers

Tailor demos that speak to actual pains (not just run through a slide deck)

Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and campaigns

Share actionable feedback with Product to shape the roadmap

Help refine our sales process as we grow

Qualifications

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

– advanced prospecting

Jasper/ Lavender

– AI-assisted email writing & research

Loom

– async, personalised video outreach

Notion

– playbooks, sales content, documentation

Gong

– call intelligence, deal insights, and coaching

Have

1 - 3

+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience

, ideally in a mid-market or enterprise setting.

Are

based in Belgium

and speak Dutch and English fluently

Are confident selling early-stage, fast-evolving products

Are autonomous, curious, and good at simplifying complex solutions

Are self-motivated, accountable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Love experimenting with AI, sales automation, and smarter ways of working
