This position is ideal for a compliance executive who thrives on shaping policy, building structure, and influencing culture within a dynamic insurance organization. The right candidate will pair deep regulatory expertise with strong leadership and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, providing guidance to leadership on implementation and impact. Lead compliance audits, reviews, and risk assessments, ensuring timely remediation and process improvement. Manage and coordinate all required filings, data calls, and reports to state and federal regulators. Oversee regulatory examinations, market conduct reviews, and licensing activities, serving as the primary contact for regulators and key stakeholders. Partner with program administrators, MGAs, TPAs, and other third-party partners to ensure compliance with contractual and statutory reporting requirements. Provide regulatory insight and support for new product development, state filings, and market expansion initiatives. Deliver clear, actionable communication of complex regulatory topics to business leaders and staff. Track and maintain compliance with NAIC and jurisdiction-specific reporting, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness. Respond to compliance inquiries, complaints, and potential violations, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved appropriately. Prepare and present regular compliance updates, dashboards, and risk summaries to senior leadership. Qualifications:

5 - 10+ years of progressive experience in insurance compliance, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience in Property & Casualty insurance compliance, with strong knowledge of NAIC models, state DOI regulations, and federal standards. Skilled in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements across multiple states and product lines. Proven success building and managing compliance frameworks in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, law, risk management, or related field (advanced degree preferred). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business. Professional certifications such as CPCU, AIRC, CCEP, or CRCM are highly valued. Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary range of $135,000 - $165,000+ (commensurate with experience). Annual bonus opportunity based on company and individual performance. Lucrative relocation package.
