Join our purpose-driven team and help redefine health and happiness. As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will lead the studio’s daily operations, nurture the SoulCycle community, and drive exceptional hospitality for riders and staff.

Job Description SoulCycle is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager who will contribute to the company's growth by expertly and efficiently managing their studio and leading their studio team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the SoulCycle culture and brand, strong organizational abilities, a customer focus, and the ability to creatively problem‑solve and learn on the fly.

Roles and Responsibilities

Foster the SoulCycle community and culture in your studio.

Create an environment where your studio team loves to work.

Build and maintain relationships with instructors, riders, and the local community.

Proactively identify and address conflicts within the studio.

Acknowledge the studio team’s wins and show gratitude.

Embrace and manage change within the studio and team.

Provide in‑the‑moment support to the team to address all rider requests.

Champion hospitality and uphold high hospitality standards and core values.

Confidently manage conflict in high-pressure situations.

Develop meaningful relationships and connections with studio riders.

Be an expert on studio‑specific and company‑wide operational procedures and policies.

Transition the studio to new ways of working and processes smoothly.

Develop and maintain schedules to ensure all operating processes are completed.

Show a solution‑oriented mindset and ability to execute within company standards.

Set priorities to meet all deadlines.

Develop checklists and operational schedules for facility maintenance.

Plan projects and manage your own schedule under pressure.

Support the Studio Manager in developing business plans to reach ridership and retail goals.

Ensure company‑wide initiatives are executed in your studio.

Develop a holistic retail sales plan to grow the studio’s retail business.

Work with the retail team to identify opportunities to grow retail revenue.

Qualifications

Superior customer service and hospitality skills.

Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with team members, clients, and management.

Ability to work flexible and non‑traditional hours, including weekends and peak holiday shifts.

Personal passion for fitness and/or the SoulCycle brand.

Legal right to work in the United States.

Compensation Full‑time, hourly position compensated at $24.04/hr.
