Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Contribute to agency growth by new account acquisition.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our product / service offerings and closing deals.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions using our sales system.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products / services to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Ideal Candidate Would POCESS
Experience in insurance sales or account management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Self-Starter
Required Qualifications
Ability to obtain Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
Ability to obtain Texas Life & Health Insurance License
Reliable Transportation
Ability to work in an office setting
