We're seeking a
Production Manager
with expertise in
fluid milk processing
to lead operations at our state-of-the-art facility. If you're passionate about food safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do Oversee daily milk processing: pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitation Ensure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standards Lead and coach production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals Manage CIP systems and sanitation protocols Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process optimization Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and logistics What You Bring 5+ years in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk 2+ years in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packaging Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus
