Key Details - Assignment Type: Locum Tenens - Setting: Hospital - Start Date: ASAP - Schedule: Varied shifts with 24/7 in-house coverage - Patient Population: Adult - Location: Elizabethtown, KY - Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates Benefits - Weekly direct deposit - Malpractice insurance with tail coverage - Supportive credentialing assistance - Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) - Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities - Perform OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and deliveries for unassigned patients - Provide emergency response for labor and delivery, antepartum/postpartum, ER, and floor consultations - Care for unassigned GYN emergencies and assist with surgical procedures, including Cesarean sections Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology - Active Kentucky license or IMLC compact eligible - Recent clinical experience in OB/GYN (within the last 12 months) - Completion of Prescreen Questionnaire and CV in MM/YYYY format Working Hours - Varied shifts covering 24/7 in-house presence Skills - Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology - Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams - Adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
