Job Description
Design, develop, test, and implement solutions to connect the Workday platform with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow for HR, finance, and other business functions.
Gather requirements, build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.
Require a bachelor’s degree, strong technical skills in Workday integration tools and web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST), and excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role as a Workday integration consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical integration specifications.
Design and build integrations using Workday tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and APIs.
Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet business requirements.
Provide technical support to end‑users and clients by troubleshooting and resolving integration‑related issues.
Work with cross‑functional teams, including functional leads, IT, and third‑party vendors, to ensure successful integration projects.
