JOB SUMMARY:
Coordinate the flow of Medical Staff appointment/reappointment applications and processes, manage databases with clinician profiles and privileges, support external credentialing activities, and provide administrative support to the Medical Staff Office and the Quality Department. This position is also responsible for coordinating special projects including, but not limited to, medical staff educational opportunities and performance improvement projects. The position is also expected to assist and coordinate with the insurance enrollment team and assist with onboarding activities and processes. This role also includes collaboration and assistance with general Human Resources related duties as requested. The employee assists with other activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Highschool diploma or equivalency required.
2+ years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
1+ year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
SKILL SETS:
Excellent organization, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Database management required.
Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements, such as CMS Conditions of Participation preferred.
Ability to appropriately handle highly confidential material & information.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION(S):
CPMSM or CPCS preferred.

Compensation Disclosure in Accordance with Vermont Act 155:
In compliance with Vermont Act 155, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital provides the compensation range for this position in good faith. The listed range represents the pay scale reasonably expected for a successful candidate based on factors such as relevant experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Final compensation will be determined during the hiring process.
Salary Description:
The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $27.99 per hour.
