Overview We are seeking an experienced
Endur Developer (5+ years)
to join a
high-profile, strategic initiative
supporting a major
Endur upgrade project
. This multi-year program will modernize trading and risk platforms across the organization, with visibility at the executive level.
Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Endur components to support system upgrades and new functionality
Collaborate with front, middle, and back‑office teams to optimize trade capture and reporting workflows
Support integration, performance tuning, and data migration initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex environments
Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on Endur development experience (Java, OpenComponents, AVS, JVS, etc.)
Proven experience supporting Endur upgrade or implementation projects
Strong understanding of ETRM/CTRM processes and trading life cycle
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
