Akkodis is seeking a SOAR Developer for a Contract with a client in Allen, TX (Remote). The ideal candidate will design and maintain automation workflows in Tines to support incident response and threat intelligence operations.
Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
SOAR Developer job responsibilities include:
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows in Tines to support incident response, threat intelligence, and alert triage. Develop Python scripts for custom integrations, data enrichment, and workflow logic. Integrate SOAR workflows with case management platforms like ServiceNow or Jira to streamline security operations. Collaborate with security teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable, compliant solutions. Maintain documentation for workflows, scripts, and integrations to support operational transparency and knowledge sharing. Test, debug, and deploy new automation use cases, ensuring adherence to security best practices and performance standards. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations, automation, or engineering roles. Must have hands-on experience with Tines or similar SOAR platforms (e.g., Cortex XSOAR, Swimlane, Siemplify). Strong proficiency in Python scripting and API integrations, with a solid understanding of incident response and threat detection workflows.
