Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our Data Analytics and Business Finance team. This company-wide role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that support decision‑making across multiple departments, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate has a passion for solving complex problems, deep experience with BI tools and spreadsheets, and thrives in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements for analysis and reporting.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple systems to ensure consistent and accurate business intelligence.

Perform in‑depth data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Prepare concise summaries and visual presentations to support executive decision‑making.

Build predictive models and conduct scenario analyses to evaluate potential business outcomes.

Contribute to data governance, quality assurance, and documentation best practices.

Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking efforts.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, computer science, finance, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Analyst, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or technology‑driven organizations.

Strong proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI visualization tools.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, complex formulas, and data validation.

Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating relational data.

Experience with ETL processes and tools.

Knowledge of statistical modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics.

Comfortable working with large datasets while ensuring data integrity.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus.

Desired Qualifications

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Experience supporting Finance, Sales, or Operations teams with modeling and KPI tracking.

Proactive, self‑driven, and eager to innovate and improve processes.
