KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Services:
Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM – 7 AM), assist with check‑ins, reservations, and inquiries.
Night Audit:
Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
Security:
Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
Reporting:
Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
Skills:
Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem‑solving skills and independence.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.

PROPERTY INFORMATION The TownePlace Suites Milwaukee Brookfield is located just 12 miles from downtown Milwaukee and 19 miles from the General Mitchell International Airport. TownePlace Suites is the only extended‑stay Marriott property in Brookfield. We are the perfect solution for extended‑stay travelers offering rates based on length of stay. We offer spacious studio and two‑bedroom suites. All suites include a fully‑equipped kitchen with full‑size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dishware.
