As a BCBA at MedCare, you’ll focus on quality client supervision, hands‑on intervention, and mentorship. Our collaborative team values interdisciplinary input to drive meaningful client outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape our growing program alongside other disciplines and mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs as you grow in your career.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
Current Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA
2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
