Job Description The Accounting Coordinator will work in collaboration with the accounting team and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, ranging from performing accounting duties and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable/receivable transactions.

Key Accountabilities

As a team player you will need to communicate important information to your co-workers on a regular basis in a very fast-paced environment.

Review, sort and match and process check requests.

Set invoices up for payment.

Reconciliation of payments.

Resolve invoice discrepancies.

Vendor file maintenance.

Contracts and filing.

Manage outside storage arrangements.

Guest requests.

Other Ad-Hoc tasks

General Requirements

Knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Proficient in data entry and management.

Experience working in a hotel environment is a plus.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Prioritizing tasks, good judgement, and problem solving-skills.

Acute attention to details and information management skills.

Integrity matching a high level of discretion.
