Fully remote position - anywhere in the US. The hiring manager is in Oregon. M-F, Standard business hours. 3 month assignment initially with a strong chance for extension.
This position will be working in Salesforce to run reports, audit data, find discrepancies and do data clean up.
Desired Skills
Advanced Excel: Ability to use Excel quickly and efficiently. V-Lookups, X-Lookups, Pivot Tables
Salesforce (Strongly Preferred not required)
Data Auditing (Preferred not required)
Summary Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred. 2 years experience required. Exercises minimal independent judgment with direction from supervisor. Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills (Required). Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time (Required). Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services (Required). Basic knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods (Required).
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
