Position Overview Zynga is looking for a producer to join our Release Operations team. Your main responsibility will be to manage the smooth submission and release of Zynga's games to our players. You will be part of a global group working with multiple projects and teams reporting to the Director, Release Operations.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the submission and release of Zynga’s global game portfolio to our customers through first‑party development portals such as App Store Connect, Amazon Developer Portal, Google Play Console, Windows partner centre and more

Troubleshoot app submission and release issues

Be the main point of contact between game developers and first‑party platforms

Communicate and proactively work to resolve first‑party rejections

Identify platform changes that may affect the business and highlight risks as needed

Identify and drive improvements to current processes

Administrate the first‑party publishing portals, manage user access and permissions and carry out regular audits

Managing provisioning profiles, app signing and development certificates

Take operational roles in our internal projects developing new processes or tools to improve the release operation function

Build and maintain relationships with product teams such as marketing & engineering to ensure smooth delivery of graphical assets, metadata and builds to first‑party storefronts

Use custom tools and services that automate, facilitate and improve the distribution of products to various platform storefronts and identify opportunities for improvements to these internal tools

Provide clear and concise information to stakeholders and the leadership team to reduce risks for current and upcoming app releases

Proactively update wiki documentation, making sure our central repository is inline with current processes

Help evangelise Release Operations services to merger and acquisition studios

Help manage the launch readiness & sunset processes

What You Bring:

Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate and build relationships with multi‑functional, multi‑regional teams is essential

Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritise workload effectively

Strong team player; ability to work with a team spread across different locations

Proven ability to work independently and be proactive

Proven ability to learn new skills quickly, work efficiently and keep a cool head at busy times

Experience with JIRA/Confluence or similar

Understanding of mobile app development cycle

Understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies

Experience using mobile publishing portals is a big plus but can be learnt through on‑the‑job training
