What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for your assigned territory

Conduct 60–70% of sales activities through virtual demos and 30–40% via in-person meetings and events

Self-generate sales pipeline through local networking, outreach, and community engagement

Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs to drive regional campaigns and follow up on events

Manage territory pipeline and forecast using Salesforce, reporting progress weekly

What is Required (Qualifications)

3–6 years of closing experience in field sales, territory sales, or hybrid B2B roles

Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment or hospitality sales

Strong communication skills with a focus on storytelling and consultative selling

Deep local market knowledge and comfort engaging with small business owners

Experience using Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, and Outreach
