With onesome, we want to give as many people as possible access to personal development. For this purpose, we have digitized 30 years of coaching experience of DAX executives and consolidated it in an app. After one year of product development and the development of sound sales processes, we have achieved a level of product-market fit that enables us to successfully approach potential customers.
For the constantly increasing number of leads and customers, we are urgently looking for support in our Sales & Growth team to meet the demand.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will proactively contact potential new customers and work with them to develop team, department and company-wide projects to overcome challenges and utilise opportunities in the HR area. You accompany customers through need analyses during the first steps and inspire them with lasting enthusiasm for onesome. You identify challenges and proactively initiate decision-making processes.
You build up and expand our business in Germany, talk to potential customers and get them excited about onesome
You own the entire customer journey – from project development to closing.
You identify challenges and opportunities
You prepare a smooth handover to our Customer Success Team after successful onboarding
You show your skills by creating customer needs analysis across different industries and a wide range of solution profiles
You are the interface between the product, product marketing, and marketing teams, and represent the interests of your customers
What you bring to the table
You have a customer-oriented, engaging and convincing manner
In addition to a strong understanding of sales, you have a successful track record in selling innovative B2B services
You work on tasks independently, strategically, and persistently
You have an eye for the entrepreneurial and have a sense for what is happening in the rest of the company
You can listen, ask questions, and develop creative solutions
You are fluent in Business German and English
Your residence is registered in Germany (for organizational purposes)

You have experience and interest in coaching, learning and development
You have a strong network in the HR space
Several years of experience in a startup or grow-up
