PSG has partnered with a growing global business looking for a Manager, AP Compliance & Reporting to oversee information reporting and tax compliance within the Accounts Payable Shared Services organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment that spans multiple business entities. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Tax, Finance, and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate vendor setup, strong internal controls, and efficient reporting processes. This is a newly created role for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee preparation, review, and filing of 1042‑S, 1099, and CA 590 forms in compliance with federal and state requirements.

Manage tax withholding, reconciliation, and validation processes for vendor payments (domestic and international).

Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure correct vendor setup, classification, and documentation.

Support audits and compliance reviews, providing accurate reconciliations and supporting documentation.

Maintain strong internal controls, compliance calendars, and process documentation.

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation or process improvements.

Stay current on tax and withholding regulations impacting AP and vendor reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or advanced degree preferred).

7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, tax compliance, or information reporting.

Knowledge of 1042 / 1042‑S / 1099 reporting and vendor withholding regulations.

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivots, lookups, reconciliations); experience with automation or analytics tools a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and departments.

Compensation:

$120,000-$140,000 per year
