Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site Loan Officer role based in Red Bank, NJ. The Loan Officer will assist clients with securing home loans by evaluating financial profiles, preparing loan documents, and ensuring compliance with industry and organizational standards. The role involves collaborating with underwriting teams, building strong customer relationships, and providing clear, timely communication to borrowers throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
Originate loans and guide borrowers through the application process.
Assess financial information, prepare and submit loan files, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain strong customer relationships and address client concerns efficiently.
Collaborate closely with underwriting, processing, and closing teams.
Provide timely and accurate updates to borrowers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience in loan origination and proven ability as a Loan Officer.
Knowledge of finance principles and experience in underwriting processes.
Strong customer service and relationship‑management skills.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of current mortgage‑industry regulations is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
