Senior Business Analyst (Financial / Banking Domain) – Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid

Our client, INUIX Consulting, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Business Analyst with expertise in Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Finance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business needs, streamlining processes, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance our financial services and investment offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and workflows in wealth management, asset management, and financial services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Support the development and implementation of new financial products, services, and digital tools.
Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support investment strategies and financial planning tools.
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Assist in the development of KPIs and metrics to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), write test cases, and ensure proper documentation of business rules.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Finance domains.
Strong understanding of financial products including mutual funds, equities, fixed income, structured products, and retirement planning.
Experience with financial systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Charles River, Avaloq, Temenos) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience in project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Certification such as CBAP, CFA, or FINRA licenses is a plus.
