We are seeking a highly skilled
FP&A and Treasury Analyst
to perform a dual role supporting financial planning, analysis, and treasury operations. This position will be responsible for
reporting to HQ , managing
cash flow forecasts , and delivering accurate, timely financial insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle
ad hoc projects
in a fast‑paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS: Typical responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for HQ.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to management.
Support strategic decision‑making through scenario analysis and KPIs.
Treasury Management:
Manage daily cash flow and liquidity planning.
Prepare and update short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts.
Monitor banking relationships and optimize cash management processes.
Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and controls.
Reporting & Compliance:
Deliver accurate and timely reports to HQ and internal stakeholders.
Support audits and ensure adherence to corporate financial standards.
Ad Hoc Projects:
Participate in special projects related to finance, treasury, and business performance improvement.
Requirements ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
5+ years
of combined experience in FP&A and Treasury functions.
Experience in
manufacturing or automotive industry
strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
Familiarity with ERP systems and treasury management tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Language: Fluent Korean (required), English proficiency preferred.
