Overview
Defense Litigation Attorney | $150,000 – $175,000 per year | Remote/Hybrid in NYC & Long Island.
Responsibilities We are seeking skilled Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys to defend hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex litigation, including trial work and negotiations.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the New York State Bar.
Minimum of 2 years of Medical Malpractice and/or Insurance Defense litigation experience.
Relevant experience in general liability matters such as slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
Bonus: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience.
Benefits
Base Salary $150,000 – $175,000, commensurate with experience.
Annual EOY Performance Bonus.
