The Sales Consultant is responsible for the direct sale of Holiday Inn Club Vacation ownership products to prospective purchasers, delivering the presentation professionally and ethically. Primary duties include discovering prospective purchaser needs and interests and creating a desire to join the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program through a structured sales presentation. The Sales Consultant advises clients on how ownership provides added value to their lives, addresses and overcomes objections, and provides a quality customer service experience.
Pay ( $100,000–$250,000 per year )
Responsibilities
Conduct a guest presentation and tour as trained at scheduled times; provide prospective owners a tour of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour.
Attend training classes and participate in demonstration/assessment rides scheduled with Sales Managers and Training Managers.
Build relationships with assigned Sales Training Managers and all members of the Sales Line Team; assist in ensuring all questions are answered in a professional, informative, diplomatic, and correct manner.
Perform coaching and action plans as provided by the assigned Sales Training Managers and Sales Managers; explain the features and benefits of the points program and recommend point purchases to address current and future vacation needs.
Deliver the utmost level of customer service to all guests and owners, ensuring a great sales tour experience; achieve personal and departmental written objectives as provided for the fiscal year.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Higher education encouraged.
Active Real Estate License may be required for certain locations (Florida, Nevada, South Carolina, Tennessee).
Strong oral communication skills.
Professional work ethic, high energy, and positive attitude.

Strong listening and comprehension skills.
