Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable AI architectures using chunking, RAG, embeddings, and agent systems, ensuring low coupling and high efficiency.
Lead strategy sessions for pattern library creation, reuse strategies, and architecture alignment.
Oversee deployment and optimization of large language models, focusing on performance, autonomy, and scalability.
Collaborate with data scientists to pilot innovative use cases aligned with business goals and ROI.
Define technology choices, integrate with existing tools, and ensure ethical, secure AI practices.
Lead MLOps efforts with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient model operations.
Stay current on AI regulations, injecting best practices into architecture and deployment strategies.
Required Skills:
10+ years of AI experience with a track record of delivering state‑of‑the‑art GenAI solutions.
5+ years building NLP/AI software, including RAG, embeddings, and agent systems.
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Azure, and proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Kubernetes, and related tools.
Strong communication skills and experience guiding large‑scale AI projects with a focus on prompt architecture.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with multi‑modal LLMs, bias mitigation techniques, and multi‑cloud deployments.
Familiarity with AI regulations and SaaS integration.
Additional Requirements:
Strong collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
Ability to adapt to fast‑changing AI regulations and emerging technologies.
