Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Experience with automation technologies and scripting Experience with DNA Center (Catalyst Center) Wireless knowledge and experience Relevant work experience with medium to large companies Job Duties
Work independently and as part of a team on complex network projects Collaborate with LAN team and other technical teams to provide support across the Americas Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN issues and replace defective components Respond to support requests related to LAN development and support Provide off-shift support for critical incidents (on-call schedule, off-shift and weekend support) Work directly with business partners and vendors on infrastructure integration Design and implement processes and improvements to aid development and support Follow ITSM process and documentation for all changes Collaborate with other technical teams to plan and execute changes (firewall, VPN, wireless, NAC, etc.) Advise business partners regarding technical questions/issues in the LAN space Seniority level
