Job Description Summary Aviagen’s dynamic team requires a professional who can troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize our in‑house and cloud applications. You will provide Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 support, collaborate with end‑users, the Global IT team, and business stakeholders, and deliver training and enhancements as needed. This position is based on‑site at our global corporate headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 support for existing applications, escalating to Tier‑3 when required.

Document and track user issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.

Manage role‑based access control (RBAC) and related user permissions.

Conduct regular audits to safeguard data, maintain security, and ensure compliance.

Adhere to IT policies and procedures to maintain controls and processes.

Coordinate with stakeholders, key users, and the implementation partner for SaaS release management.

Support integrations across applications to ensure data consistency, security, and performance.

Analyze and document existing workflows, systems, and data flows, identifying improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system enhancements and process alignments.

Participate in agile development communication with developers and project managers.

Perform software testing of new or modified in‑house applications.

Provide training on functionalities, best practices, and knowledge transfer, enabling users to be self‑sufficient.

Document support processes and maintain knowledge‑base articles.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Experience with SQL/database management and system design is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Knowledge in MTech and the poultry industry is a plus.
