Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

With products sold through leading national retailers and distributors, the business has built a reputation for quality, innovation, and a performance-driven culture. The finance and accounting team operates from a Los Angeles headquarters and works closely with global counterparts to support continued growth across North America.
The Opportunity As
Senior Accountant , you’ll take ownership of core accounting processes for the U.S. business. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance & Accounting, this role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy across reporting, tax, and compliance, while supporting continuous improvement and system development as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting including general ledger, AR/AP, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
Oversee month-end close and deliver accurate, timely financial statements in line with U.S. GAAP.
Prepare and analyze monthly management reporting for submission to international stakeholders.
Support external audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
Partner with Sales and Operations to manage trade spend, deductions, and inventory accounting.
Assist with system upgrades and enhancements
Drive improvements in financial controls, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis projects as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA qualification (or active progress)
strongly preferred.
3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with both
public accounting
and
industry exposure .
Experience in
consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution
environments preferred.
Working knowledge of ERP systems advantageous.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control principles.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth environment.
Compensation
$90,000 – $110,000 base salary + bonus + benefits.
