Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or relevant equivalent experience Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in CRM marketing, operations, or analytics Proven expertise with at least one major CRM platform (e.g., Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo) Demonstrable experience in designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from customer data and campaign performance How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
