Multi-Billion-dollar manufacturing company located in Rockingham NC is looking for a Accountant / Financial Analyst.

Job Duties

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as labor efficiency, material usage, scrap rates and plant overhead absorption

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reporting packages including variance analysis of actual results versus budget/forecast

Play a key role in supporting production operations through data-driven insights and financial oversight.

Analyzing production variances and costing

Monitoring maintenance and fixed cost spending

Partnering with the Controller to improve internal controls

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

1+ years working as an Accountant / Financial Analyst (co‑op experience will be considered)
