AdvisaCare is a leading Home Health and Hospice agency specializing in Home Care, Hospice, Therapy, and Attendant Care. We’re passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right client and helping the businesses grow through strategic staffing solutions.
We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in the
Flint and Saginaw area ! In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates with our clients. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with both candidates and Scheduling Coordinators to ensure successful placements.

Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
Partner with Scheduling Coordinators to understand client needs and deliver top candidates
Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to placement
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Meet weekly and monthly placement goals
Requirements
1+ year of recruiting experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple job openings and deadlines
Experience using job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for connecting people
