Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience
Must have midstream oil/gas, heavy industrial manufacturing, EPC, or similar experience.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR)
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong understanding of HRIS systems ( Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, etc).
Description
Provide HR support across all teams
Assist with benefits administration
Manage onboarding process
Prepare orientation materials and conduct trainings sessions
Help organize employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintain HRIS database (ADP) and assist in generating reports
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide payroll support
Ensure compliance to labor laws / regulations and company policies
