Base pay range $24.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely and accurate manner
Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables
Prepare and process customer invoices and ensure timely collections
Maintain vendor and customer records, including W-9s and payment terms
Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2‑4 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
