Client Relationship Associate – USI Kibble & Prentice, Glastonbury, CT
General Description
Serve as the Emerging Plan Solutions (EPS) department liaison to retirement plan clients. Manage retirement plans using the USI EPS service delivery model and partner with internal and external teams on all aspects of client management. Responsibilities
Support senior team members with service and retention of client relationships. Accountable for EPS client relationships and retention of a smaller, less complex book of business. Provide day‑to‑day plan service and assist with client inquiries. Learn services of all vendors and provide client advocacy as applicable. Identify clients’ needs and goals to drive satisfaction. Gather plan review materials from recordkeeper websites and prepare meeting minutes for client distribution. Participate in Annual Plan Health reviews to decision‑makers with senior team members and/or Producers. Work with appropriate resources to implement product, service, or investment fund change requests by clients. Coordinate employee education campaigns/meetings with plan recordkeeper. Maintain accurate and timely recording of work tracking logs for assigned plans. Develop understanding of overall plan design and retirement plan regulations. Partner with senior members of Relationship Management team on new business implementation for retirement plans. Participate in transition meetings, conference calls, and plan document calls. Establish proper client expectations and adjust with client as required. Handle administrative projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
1‑2 years of financial services, customer service or business‑related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Willing to obtain a state insurance license. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Problem‑solving ability, strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Why USI?
