Join our Team as a and Security Officer About Us As a Safety and Security Officer, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for our valued hotel guests and dedicated staff. You will be at the forefront of maintaining security by monitoring our premises, delivering top‑notch customer service, and swiftly addressing any security issues that may arise.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage proactively with guests and team members to ensure a secure environment that prioritizes their safety and well‑being.
Maintain keen observation skills to identify potential security threats.
Provide friendly and service‑oriented interactions with guests.
Demonstrate proficiency in implementing essential security protocols and procedures.
Handle challenges and concerns promptly and effectively with solutions that uphold our commitment to safety and excellence.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a safety and security role or a related field is preferred but not required.
Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training and/or State Security License, to include applicable background checks, per State requirements.
CPR, First Aid and AED Certification from American Heart Association, Red Cross or HIS.
AHLA Certified Lodging Security Officer certification completed within 30 days of hire.
